Due to the emergence of numerous furnitures, if item has not been listed above, please call us to quote separately.

The above price includes packing & transportation service.

Parking charge is not included in above quote.

HK$30 will be charged if the weight of each stripe bag, nylon bag,suitcase, carton box is over 25kg.

Interior of each furniture must be emptied before moving, otherwise will charge double of that¡¦s furniture¡¦s moving price.

Our relocation services are not including the installation or removal of utilities subjects. We apologize if any inconvenience caused. Please kindly note that the Law require all utilities projects to be handle by registered mechanic. We provide registered electrician services, please contact us for further information. (Hippos Relocation Services Co Ltd will not be entitle to any legal responsibilities and compensation if any unauthorized work being presented by our employees upon client individual requests. We are not providing any insurance coverage for unauthorized works, client are required to bear all the consequences in such case.)

Insurance is not included in the quotation. For any damages or losses of furniture during the course of transportation, the liability is limited to 40% of the amount of moving price. If clients need the insurance coverage please arrange it by yourself.

Hippos Relocation Services Co Ltd reserves the right to alter any charge herein without prior notice.

When the No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, all services will be suspended. If the signal or rainstorm warning is lowered before 12:00 noon, all the service will be maintained at a limited level. We cannot promise to arrive on time or complete the job in specified time in such case.
